Kevin Taylor is Vice President of Operations for Retirement Living Group. Kevin has worked for Retirement Living Group since 1996.
Kevin began as Administrator at Le Chateau at Brickyard Plaza, an independent living community owned by Retirement Living Group. From that position he moved into a fledgling corporate office as Director of Marketing and Community Support. This position led to his current position as Vice President of Operations. In his current role, Kevin works with the Administrators of Retirement Living Group assisted living communities to ensure that they are properly following the state regulations, and that they are guiding staff to meet the needs and desires of residents living in their communities. Kevin has actively pursued efforts to unify delivery of service at the highest level to give the best care to all residents in Retirement Living Group communities.
Kevin has served on the Board of Directors for the Utah Assisted Living Association (UALA) for nearly a decade, guiding education of assisted living providers throughout the state of Utah. While serving on the UALA Board, Kevin has worked to promote education over regulation as the best means of improving the quality of care to residents.
Kevin holds a Masters Degree in Business Management (MBA) from the University of Miami and a Bachelors Degree in Marketing (BS) from the University of Utah. He is active in the community, volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America and serving as a lay minister in his church. Kevin is the father of two children and enjoys taking them swimming, on bike rides, and to the lake whenever he can.
